COMPLAINT
The best and the fastest way in solving a possible complaint is at the site, and we will show good will in solving it during the trip. The client has the right to submit a complaint due to the unfulfilled agreed upon service and obligated to issue a written complaint to PRO AND/PRO—TRAVEL within 8 days after the service was provided.
Complaints issued after the deadline of 8 days will not be taken into consideration. Every client– issues a complaint individually, group complaints won’t be taken into consideration. PRO AND will respond upon a written complaint within 15 days after receiving the complaint (e-mail, mail or personal deliver where it will be responded to through a written package with a return receipt).
PRO-AND will solve only those complaints where the evidence is submitted to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be removed on the spot.
Until PRO AND delivers a decision, the client shall abandon mediation of any other person, court establishments or providing information to the media.

Deposits and Payments for DAY EXCURSIONS AND TRANSFERS
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. No reservation is considered confirmed until a deposit is received. The final payment must be received no later than 30 days before the departure date.
Deposits and Payments for MULTIDAY TRAVEL PACKAGES: To secure a reservation, a nonrefundable deposit of 25%, with a minimum charge of 300 € per person, is required. No reservation is considered confirmed until a deposit is received. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
All major credit cards and bank transfers accept payments.
Itineraries, including private villas, private yacht charters (single- or multi-day), exclusive room types, and/or early booking or promotional rates, will be subject to an additional non-refundable deposit. Airfare reservations based on published fares require full payment at the time of confirmation of service. After final payment, a complete set of travel documents will be emailed approximately 20 days before the trip starts.
Rates and Taxes: All rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in exchange rates. PRO-AND group ((PRO-AND, LUX TRAVEL CLUB, and Arbiter Elegantiae) reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing. Airfare rates are not guaranteed until ticketed and paid in full.

Change and Cancellation Policy:

Cancelation penalties for day excursions and transfers

Up to 30 days before the service: 10% of the price is non-refundable and considered a cancellation fee.
Between 30 and 8 days before the service: 20% of the total amount.
TRANSFERS AND DAILY EXCURSIONS:
7 – 2 days (48 hours) before the service: 50% of the total amount.
48 hours or less before the service: 100% of the travel arrangement price is non-refundable

Cancellation penalties for multiday travel packages:

– 45 Days before departure: Non-refundable deposit applied as a travel voucher, less incurred fees, valid for 12 month

– 31 Days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost (hotels and other accommodations/ crises and yacht companies have their own cancellations policy and information that the guest will get all the information regarding  before confirmation and booking)

– Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of total trip cost

Refunds for no-shows, early departures, or unused services will not be made.
Refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within 30 days.

Cancellation penalties for itineraries for private villas, private yacht charters (single- or multi-day), exclusive room type, and/or early booking or promotional rate inclusive itineraries will be subject to alternate change and cancellation policies. Alternate policies and terms will be submitted in writing. Agreement to this form includes the agreement to those additional terms when submitted in writing. Extra or alternate contracts may be required.

Please Note:
> Cancellations and changes of air reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the airlines.
> 25 € amendment fee will apply for changes or modifications made to the itinerary once deposited.
> Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the passenger’s expense.

Client Signature: The cardholder/client is responsible for signing and accepting the booking terms and conditions. Any representative travel agency is responsible for verifying the cardholder’s signature. Agents signing on behalf of clients must have client permission and signature on file. In the event of a dispute, the agency will be liable for the amount charged.

Third-Party Credit Cards: Third-party credit cards, or credit cards not belonging to a traveler, will only be accepted when accompanied by a copy of the front and back of the credit card and government-issued ID.

Travel Protection and Insurance: The PRO-AND group (PRO-AND, LUX TRAVEL CLUB, and Arbiter Elegantiae) highly recommends purchasing comprehensive trip insurance to avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons.
PRO-AND group (PRO-AND, LUX TRAVEL CLUB, and Arbiter Elegantiae) is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents, illness, disappointments, or frustrations while on tour, nor is PRO-AND group responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents and Identification: All participants must secure a valid passport and visa (if required). Failure to obtain valid travel documents does not give the right to cancellation or refund. Passengers are responsible for obtaining required travel documents.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the names printed on the itinerary and other travel documents match the first, middle, and last names written on their passports.

Holidays: During local or national holidays abroad, facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours, and shopping may be limited.

Flight/Ferry Changes and Delays: Airline and ferry changes and delays are unfortunate but are an inherent risk of travel and outside the control or responsibility of PRO-AND group. Guests may reserve the right to hold the airline or ferry company responsible for any such delays. In the event of a delay, the Airline or Ferry Company, not the PRO-AND group, will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/ compensation, if any.

Hotels: Hotel accommodations will be provided according to the itinerary. If a requested hotel is unavailable, an alternate option in an equal category will be offered.

Cruises: Cruise accommodations are described in the provided itinerary for the PRO-AND group. Cruise lines reserve the right to substitute ships on any cruise, even at the last minute. Itinerary changes on any cruise are the sole responsibility of the cruise line. They may be implemented at their discretion and the last minute based on factors beyond their control (such as existing weather or traffic conditions). PRO-AND group cannot take any responsibility for ship substitutions, or itinerary changes a cruise line decides. Particular deposit, payment, and cancellation conditions apply for cruises, outlined under the Deposits and Payments and Change and Cancellation Policy.

Responsibility: PRO-AND group and/or their cooperating selling agents and/or their suppliers of services offer their travel packages for sale only on the express understanding that they do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance of the individual components transfers, hotels, flights, car, motor coaches, etc.) of these travel packages and act only to combine these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of the general public, and are not responsible therefore, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, accident, or injury which may result from any act, omission, negligence in or responsible for performing or providing these component services. The passenger shall bear additional expenses incurred due to delay, change of schedule, illness, weather, strikes, hostilities, quarantine, government requisition of hotel space, or any other reason beyond the control of PRO-AND group or its affiliate travel agents.

Acceptance: The passenger’s payment of a deposit or full payment shall be deemed to consent to the above conditions.
