Croatian Attractions – Reservation and Cancellation Policy

 

RESERVATION & BOOKING

To proceed with the booking, we require a 10% deposit for the arrangement (if not stated otherwise).

The remaining amount of the arrangement is due to be paid 30 days before the service.

For reservation confirmation with the “last minute“ offers, the client has to pay the full amount of the arrangement.

In case of cancellation or termination of booking, the company retains the 10% amount/ deposit.

 

MULTI-DAY TOURS CANCELLATION

If the client terminates the arrangement, the company retains the following amount of the total cost of the agreement:

  • up to 30 days before the service 10%
  • from 29 – 7 days before the service 20%
  • from 7 – 2 days 50%
  • from 48 hours or less 100% of the travel arrangement price (IF NOT STATED OTHERWISE – DUE TO A COVID pandemic)

 

DAY EXCURSIONS AND TRANSFERS CANCELLATION

If the client terminates the arrangement retains the following amount of the total cost of the agreement:

  • up to 30 days before the service 10%
  • 29 – 8 days before the service 20%
  • 7-2 days 30%
  • 24 hours 100% of the travel arrangement price
