Complaints issued after the deadline of 8 days will not be taken into consideration. Every client– issues a complaint individually, group complaints won’t be taken into consideration. PRO AND will respond upon a written complaint within 15 days after receiving the complaint (e-mail, mail or personal deliver where it will be responded to through a written package with a return receipt).
PRO-AND will solve only those complaints where the evidence is submitted to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be removed on the spot.
Until PRO AND delivers a decision, the client shall abandon mediation of any other person, court establishments or providing information to the media.
Deposits and Payments for DAY EXCURSIONS AND TRANSFERS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure reservation. No reservation is considered confirmed until a deposit is received. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure date.
Deposits and Payments for MULTIDAY TRAVEL PACKAGES: A non-refundable deposit of 25% with a minimum charge of 300 € per person is required to secure reservation. No reservation is considered confirmed until a deposit is received. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure date.
Payments are accepted by all major credit cards, and bank transfer.
Itineraries including private villas, private yacht charters (single- or multi-day), exclusive room types and/or early booking or promotional rates will be subject to an additional non-refundable deposit. Airfare reservations based on published fares require full payment at the time of confirmation of service. Following final payment, a complete set of travel documents, will be delivered via email approximately 20 days prior to the trip start date.
Rates and Taxes: All rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in exchange rate. PRO-AND group (PRO-AND, Luxury Transfers & Tours and Arbiter Elegantiae) reserves the rights to correct any errors in pricing. Airfare rates are not guaranteed until ticketed and paid in full.
Change and Cancellation Policy:
Cancelation penalties for day excursions and transfers
up to 30 days before the service: 10% Non-refundable
prior up to 8 days before the service 20% of total amount
7 – 2 days before the service 50% of total amount
48 hours or less 100% of the travel arrangement price
Cancellation penalties for multiday travel packages packages:
– 46+ Days prior to departure: Non-refundable deposit applied as travel voucher, less incurred fees, valid for 12 months
– 29-21 Day prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost
– Within 20 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total trip cost
Refunds will not be made for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
Refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within 30 days.
Cancellation penalties for itineraries for private villas, private yacht charters (single- or multi-day), exclusive room type and/or early booking or promotional rate inclusive itineraries will be subject to alternate change and cancellation policies. Alternate policies and terms will be submitted in writing. Agreement to this form includes the agreement to those additional terms when submitted in writing. Additional or alternate contract may be required.
> Cancellations and changes of air reservations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the airlines.
> A $50.00 USD amendment fee will apply for changes or modifications made to itinerary once deposited.
> Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at the expense of the passenger.
Client Signature: Cardholder / client is responsible for signing and accepting the booking terms and conditions. Any representative travel agency is responsible for verifying cardholder’s signature. Agents signing on behalf of clients are required to have client permission and signature on file. In the event of dispute, agency will be liable for the amount charged.
Third Party Credit Cards: Third party credit cards, or credit cards not belonging to a traveler, will only be accepted when accompanied by a copy of the front and back of the credit card and government issued ID.
Travel Protection and Insurance: To avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons, PRO-AND group (PRO-AND, Luxury Transfers & Tours and Arbiter Elegantiae) highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive trip insurance.
PRO-AND group (PRO-AND, Luxury Transfers & Tours and Arbiter Elegantiae) is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents, illness, disappointments, or frustrations while on tour, nor is PRO-AND group responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents and Identification: All participants are required to secure a valid passport and visa (if required). Failure to obtain valid travel documents shall not create the right to cancellation or refund. Passengers are responsible for obtaining required travel documents.
Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the itinerary and other travel documents exactly match the first, middle and last name written in their passport.
Holidays: During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited.
Flight/Ferry Changes and Delays: Airline flight and ferry changes and delays are unfortunate but are an inherent risk of travel and outside the control or responsibility of PRO-AND group. Guests may reserve the right to hold the airline or ferry company responsible for any such delays. In the event of a delay, the Airline or Ferry Company, and not PRO-AND group will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/ compensation, if any.
Hotels: Hotel accommodations will be provided in accordance with the itinerary. In the event that a requested hotel is unavailable, an alternate option will be offered in an equal category.
Cruises: Cruise accommodations are as per descriptions in the itinerary provided by PRO-AND group. Cruise lines reserve the right to substitute ships on any cruise, even at the last minute. Itinerary changes on any cruise are the sole responsibility of the cruise line and they may be implemented at their discretion and at the last minute based on factors beyond its control (such as existing weather or traffic conditions). PRO-AND group cannot take any responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes decided by a cruise line. Special deposit, payment and cancellation conditions apply for cruises, which are outlined under Deposits and Payments and Change and Cancellation Policy.
Responsibility: PRO-AND group and/or their cooperating selling agents and/or their suppliers of services offer their travel packages for sale only on the express understanding that they themselves do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance of the individual components transfers, hotels, flights, car, motor coaches, etc.) of these travel packages and act only to combine these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of the general public, and are not responsible therefore, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, accident, or injury which may result from any act, omission, negligence in or responsible for performing or providing these component services. Additional expenses incurred as a result of delay, change of schedule, illness, weather, strikes, hostilities, quarantine, government requisition of hotel space, or any other reason beyond the control of PRO-AND group or its affiliate travel agents, shall be borne by the passenger.
Acceptance: Payment of deposit or full payment shall be deemed as consent by the passenger to the above conditions.
