Although heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, Istria developed its own unique types of pasta. For this class, we prepare the most popular ones – fuži and pljukanci. They are usually prepared with another local staple – žgvacet, a slowly cooked stew made from chicken or beef. Pasta can also be paired with mushrooms, homemade sausages, tomato salsa, or our favorite – wild asparagus. Whatever is to your taste and availability of ingredients on the green market. This class is most easily tailored for vegetarians, even vegans.
