Guided e-bike tour in Samobor – Samobor underground

A gastro-historical tour aimed at tasting the traditional delicacies for which Samobor is famous: cream cake, bermet, and Rudarska greblica. 

In addition to tastings on tour, you will discover underground gems (a cave, a wine cellar, mines), which preserve various stories and legends you probably did not know about. 

To get to these positions hidden in the Samobor mountains, we will use e-bikes so that you can enjoy the surrounding nature and panoramic views. Those who have not ridden bicycles for a long time will do it easily via electrically assisted bikes and can enjoy the tour with minimal physical effort. We will ride 30 km on bicycles, with regular breaks. The tour is not demanding due to the use of e-bikes.

Tour itinerary:

09:30 – gathering, setting up e-bikes, instructions, and tour guide for the group ride

10:00 – cream cake and coffee on Samobor square

11:15 – visit the cave

12:00 – wine cellar, bermet tasting + snack

13:00 – visit the mine, tasting Rudarska greblica

15:00 – lunch* in the Gabrek restaurant (meat and vegetarian menu)

Additional information:

The tour is led by certified cycling guides; the price includes the guide, e-bike and helmet rental, water and snacks, technical assistance, photo shooting during the tour, all tickets with expert guides for each location, and all tastings listed in the tour (except for lunch). 

Suggestion: small backpack for personal items (camera, jacket). The temperature in the cave and the mine is around 10 °C.
