THE WINE, FIG AND OLIVE TREE
The vineyards we are visiting are unique in the area as they are pioneers in converting karst to very fertile soil. Today these vineyards cover 41 hectares with 12.000 olive trees and 11 hectares of wine sorts such as Crljenak, Plavina, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Maraština, Muscato Yellow. This eco-project is ideal for those who like to see the whole production from the very beginning to the finished product of grapes, olives, and figs. Find out the purpose of roses in the vineyard and have a nice family lunch with the view of the vineyard. As well for those who want to participate in olive, figs, or grape harvest or time for “team-building”.
