TRUFFLE HUNTING ISTRIA (ISTRA)
Istria gastro – adventure; truffle hunting and tasting. Truffle hunting demonstrations are held with the well-experienced hunter who is doing this for many years in small groups and you should have adequate footwear and clothes (sneakers and long trousers ) because it happens in woods – especially rich in truffles – for approximately one hour.

After arrival, you’ll have the presentation of truffles and making some simple famous local dishes with the truffles. We have organized for you truffle product tasting – cheese, sausages, cakes, bread, sweets, grapes.
