There are no words that can better describe tradition, diversity or richness of Ravni Kotari region, as can simple taste of traditional local cuisine. One of the richest and most fertile grounds in the background of Zadar, which has lived through many historical tales, has at the same time been the source of the best local products. People here lived not by the clock ticking, but by the sun coming up and going down, by seasons of planting and seasons of harvest, when the whole village would come to help out clear the fields. And, after a long day work, all gather around the table to sip on the best wines and listen to the tales of the old.
